It needed lot of efforts, reading them as they are the deewan-e-ghaalib time, then reading urud and then trying to understand whatever I can, but after doing this all I can say is this may be among the greatest thing ever written on this planet!.

A plus point of this collection is that it has a poem-by-poem glossary of the Farsi words used, now unintelligible to most of us. Ghalib, has always been a treat.
